Here are the results of doing some computer simulations to create backtests. Each one of these strategies was played 12 times at a 1000 rounds each. The graphs plot the round number on the x-axis and the player's running total on the y-axis. The player starts with $1000 and bets $10 each time.
The black dots are individual dollar amounts from specific games. The green line is the break even point, the red is the bust point. The yellow line shows the average amount of money that the player had after so many rounds.
As you can see out of these strategies only correct basic strategy offers any hope of taking money out of the casino.
